Antonov AN2 meeting 2011

The annual AN2 meeting will be helt at EHTE , Teuge Airport next to Apeldoorn in the Netherlands 11/12/13 and 14 of August.

We like to invite all An2 and their crews. Download the bookingsform here, and send it to info@classicwings.nl. At this time we are busy with arranging sleeping facilities and programm for the days and important..... sponsoring.

So Far:

Inbound landing free. others 50% discount. At Teuge we do have sleepingfacilities hotel " de slaap fabriek" 12 rooms are for us, before end of may the final bookings must be made. Beside that we do have more rooms in an equal hotel available. At the northside of the field there is a camping (we try to arrange tents and stretchers) and more bed and breakfast facilities Camping

Program AN2 meet 2011 Teuge airport:

Thursday august 11;

• Arrival and welcome of the most An2 during the day
• Parking AC and traditional welcome
• Checking in at the Classic Wings tent/ finance/ badge/ food and drink vouchers.
• Those who sleep at the airport (camping and slaapfabriek can go there as well checking in)
• In the afternoon there are sandwiches/ milk/ coffee/ tea/water available
• Evening welcome speech official opening An2 meeting, drinks, food and music. End of the evening transport with our hired mini-vans to hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.

Friday august 12;

• Picking-up time tbn from hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.
• Briefing 0930-1030*
• 1100 Hoogvliegersbus or 1130 An2 departure museum Aviodrome (EHLE)
• Visiting/lunch Aviodrome
• 1500 departure Bus (direct) and An2 via overhead EHAM (permission pending) to EHTE
• 1600 arrival EHTE (Bus and An2)
• 1700 An2 goes sleeping J
• Evening programm drinks, food and music
• End of the evening transport to hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.
• **** for those who arrive with the An2 at Friday, we try to sqeeze you in the programm  during the day*****

Saterday august 13;

• Picking-up time tbn from hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.
• 0900 departure with 2 busses and hotel-mini-vans to Burgers Busch (unique experience and the only one in the World, sea jungle and dessert under one roof)
• 1500 departure back to EHTE
• 1530-1545 arrival @EHTE
• 1600-1700 briefing*
• After briefing time TBN mass dropping.
• 2000 hr Display An2 and something else
• Evening BBQ  drinks, food and music together with the Paraclub (our host during the An2 meeting)
• End of the evening transport to hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.

Sunday august 14;

• Picking-up time tbn from hotel directions Deventer Twello etc.
• Coffee/Tea together
• 1100 (self)briefing/ departure preparation/ sandwiches etc.
• Departure
